Need a Mailing List for Your Postcard Mailings? – No Problem
I'm interested in the Just Sold postcards that you would mail for us. How does that work? What source do you have for the addresses? Do we have to supply a mailing list?
Suppose we would like to send cards in a 5 mile radius …how would that work?

Yes, we can mail for you. We use USADATA for our names. We are in the process of installing a fully interactive mailing list module from USADATA so in the very nerar future you will be able to type in an address, and the system will tell you how many names are within various radius distances of that address. For instance, you can say, “give me 500 names closest to 123 Mayberry Street, and the system will automatically find those for you, and upload the list to our server so we can do your mailing. It will all be totally automated and slick.
Today, just give us the address, and we can do it for you from our office in Missouri.
The basic list price is $.08 per name with a $25 minimum order, and you can use this list over and over again.
If you would like to supply your own list, just give it to us in a spreadsheet format or csv
(comma separated variable) file.

Is it possible to subscribe to a service as explained above. Example…we have a street address and we want the names and addresses within a 3 mile radius. Our team prefers to do our own mailing and we have been looking for a program that would provide us this information without costing an arm and leg.
About 2 years ago, while surfing the net my husband found a web site that provides this type of data…type in an address and you can get info on all the neighbors, name, address and phone numbers.
Is their a program, information or web-site available that can be used by realtors.

Yes, we have the exact service you are referring to. Call us at 800-378-0378 to discuss.
You can choose a specific number of names you want or a redious around a certain address.
Today, you must call us to get the data, but within 30 days, it will be fully interactive online.
