A: We can design a special postcard just for you. Just check the "custom Design" Box, and go from there.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: 2 business days for proofs via email, and after you approve the proof, we will print and ship within 2-3 business days.

Q: Can you mail the postcards for me?

A: Yes, we can. The prices are shown under “mailing Services” on the site.

Q: How much do postcards cost to mail?

A: We include the postage and the mailing services all in one total. Just use our pricing calculator at the bottom of each product page to figure your postage. You have several mailing options to choose from.

Q: Can you get a mailing list for me?

A: Yes, we can. Just check the box that says "Do You Need to Purchase a Mailing List?". You will be taken to a worksheet to do mailing counts. You can play with it all you want to find the best possible list.

Q: Can I get a discount if I order more than one postcard at a time.

A: Yes, we offer special discounts for agents who have multiple orders they want to do at the same time. Call us at 800-378-0378 for a special discount code.  

Q: What if I forget to upload a file that I need for my order?

A: Just email it to us at, and let us know your name and which order it goes with.

Q: I would like to have someone help me produce postcards with a picture of a house for sale on the front and agent info on the back. The house is not just listed; it has been on the market a few months. I would like it to say something like Victorian Charm somewhere on the front. Can you please recommend a standard format and let me know what the process is.

A: This falls into our custom design category. We can do it! Just go to our site, and click "real estate prospecting postcards", and then click on the link at the bottom that says "Your design here", and then pick the size you like (large, small or oversized).

At that point, you can follow the instructions on the order form. If you want us to mail them, be sure to pick one of the mailing options (standard or first class mail)

Q: How do I upload my files for you to use when you design my postcards?

A: The upload files screen shows up right after you process your order and credit card. At that point, you can upload any file you like. Please note there is a limit to the size of the file and the type of file you can upload. If you stick to .jpg or .tif files, that is best.

Q: Is there anyway to get less than 70 postcards? I'm not sure if it's cost effective, but I'm just wondering.

A:Yes, but it is not cost effective. You can mail as few as you want. Honestly, you are wasting your money with a mailing as small as 70 postcards. Even 250 is really too small. Our most successful agents mail between 500 and 2,000 postcards regularly.
