A: Yes, we can. Just click on the button that says, “Click Here to Purchase List" on Step 5 during your order. You will be taken to a worksheet to do mailing counts. You can play with it all you want to find the best possible list.
Q: Is there anyway to get less than 70 postcards? I'm not sure if it's cost effective, but I'm just wondering.
A:Yes, but it is not cost effective. You can mail as few as you want. Honestly, you are wasting your money with a mailing as small as 70 postcards. Even 250 is really too small. Our most successful agents mail between 500 and 2,000 postcards regularly.
Q: I keep seeing the special dialing format that Skype provides on my proofs on my screen?
A: You can turn off that feature in Skype so that the phone number shows as normal text. When you click on "Print Proofs", you will see the phone number formatted exactly as it will be printed.
Q: On my proofs, the images are not filling up the entire space inside the image boxes.
A:You have to click on re-crop and use the cropping tool to make th ephoto fill in the entire space. You will have to do this on every image and logo you upload.
Q: My logo has a white box behind it. How can I delete this box?
A:You need to save your logo as a .png file with a transparent background. You can do this in Photoshop. If you cannot figure out how to do this, pick a design that has a white background behind the logo and you will not see that white box.
